Questions
The first six are commitments about how the product behaves. The rest are the practical questions buyers ask before their first order.
- Evidence, not estimates
- Every reading is the date of an actual last post, with the minute we checked it attached. Nothing is inferred from activity somewhere else.
- The masking is real
- Contact details are never sent to your browser before you order. There is no blur to peel off and nothing hidden in the page source.
- We name our own limits
- If a check was skipped, budgeted out or failed, the reading says so, instead of quietly scoring a business as silent.
- Short delivers short
- If the area cannot fill your order we send what qualified and refund the rest. A failed order refunds in full, without you asking.
- Per lead, not per month
- No account, no stored card, no minimum. The three are free; a full list is priced from the same search and you see the price per lead before you pay.
- Public data, with an opt-out
- Built from what businesses publish themselves. Anything on our opt-out list is removed before scoring, not after.
- How long does an order take?
- Most orders are delivered within 10 minutes. The worst case we hold ourselves to is 60 minutes, and you get an email when the list is on its way as well as when it lands.
- What do I actually receive?
- Two files with the same rows in the same order: a CSV to import into whatever you use, and a formatted spreadsheet to read and sort. Each row carries the business name, category and city, the phone, email and website where we found them, the social profiles they link to, their Google rating and review count, and the date of the last post with the minute it was checked.
- How long can I download my files?
- The download link in your delivery email is valid for 7 days. The files themselves are kept for 30 days, so a re-delivery request inside that window can still be served; after it, the answer is a clear "expired" rather than a broken link.
- Which platforms do you check for dormancy?
- Facebook and Instagram. Other profiles a business links to — TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X — are collected and delivered as links, but we do not measure their post dates, and we never score a business as silent on the strength of a platform we did not read.
- What does the hotness score mean?
- A 0 to 100 ranking of how long a business has been silent, so the most neglected appear first. It is derived from the dates of actual last posts, not from an estimate. If a check was skipped, budgeted out or failed, the row says so instead of counting that silence as evidence.
- How wide an area does a search cover?
- Businesses inside a circle you draw yourself: name a place, then set the radius anywhere from 5 to 50 km (25 km to start). The map shows exactly the area that will be searched. A single Google Maps query returns at most 60 places, so larger orders are assembled by searching a tiled set of points across that circle rather than by asking once.
- How accurate are the email addresses?
- Every email is labelled by where it came from: the business's own domain, a free mail provider, a third party such as a web agency, or a social platform. That label is in the file, so you can decide which ones are worth an approach rather than discovering the difference after you send.
- How fresh are the readings?
- A dormancy reading is taken live when you run a search. Stored readings are re-checked on a 21-day cycle, and every delivered row carries the timestamp of the check it is based on, so you can see its age rather than trust ours.
- Are the leads exclusive to me?
- No. The same business can appear in another buyer's list. Exclusivity is not something we sell today, and we would rather say so than let you assume otherwise.
- Do I need an account?
- No. There is no signup, no stored card and no subscription. The first 3 leads of any search are free, and you pay per lead only when you want the full list.
- I run one of these businesses. How do I get removed?
- Use the contact form and choose the removal option, naming the business. It goes onto a suppression list that is applied when lists are built, so it is excluded from every future order rather than filtered out afterwards.
