Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

2. What we sell

A list of local businesses matching a category and location you choose, ranked by how long each has gone without posting on social media, delivered as a CSV and a spreadsheet. Orders are between 20 and 1,000 leads. There is no subscription, no account and no minimum commitment; the first 3 leads of any search are free.

3. Price

Prices are per lead in euro, with volume bands published on the pricing page. The server sets the price — the total shown on the checkout page is the total you are charged, and if the price moves between building an order and paying for it, the payment is stopped rather than completed at a stale figure. Card payments are processed by Stripe on their hosted checkout; we never receive your card details.

4. Delivery, and what happens when an area is thin

Lists are usually delivered within 10 minutes and we hold ourselves to 60 minutes. Some areas simply do not contain as many qualifying businesses as you ordered. When that happens:

• We deliver the leads that qualified and refund the shortfall pro rata, rounded up to the cent in your favour.
• An order that delivers nothing is refunded in full, automatically, without you having to ask.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and appear within 5–10 business days.

Your download link is valid for 7 days. We keep the files for 30 days, so a re-delivery request inside that window can be honoured; afterwards we will tell you plainly that they have expired.

5. What the data is, and what it is not

Lists are built from information businesses publish about themselves — map listings, their own websites and their public social profiles. Every dormancy reading carries the moment it was taken, and where a check was skipped or failed the row says so rather than presenting absence as evidence.

We do not warrant that contact details are current, that a business wants to hear from you, or that a reading still holds at the time you act on it. Beyond the refund terms in section 4, the data is provided as it is.

Leads are not exclusive. The same business may appear in another buyer's list. We do not sell exclusivity today.

6. Your obligations when you use a list

This is the part that matters most, and it is not boilerplate. When you contact the businesses in a list, you are the data controller for that outreach, not us. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for it and for meeting the direct-marketing and electronic-communications rules that apply where you and the recipient are — including honouring opt-outs, identifying yourself, and keeping to any national marketing-suppression registers.

You agree not to:

• Resell or redistribute a list as a data product of its own.
• Use it for anything unlawful, deceptive, or for bulk unsolicited messaging that ignores the rules above.
• Attempt to defeat the masking on free previews, or to script the free preview beyond its published limits.

7. Removal requests

A business that does not wish to appear can say so through the contact form and we will exclude it from future lists. See the privacy policy for how that works and what we keep.

8. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for lost profit or lost business opportunity arising from your use of a list.

9. Changes and governing law

We may change these terms; the version in force for an order is the one published when you place it. These terms are governed by [[GOVERNING_LAW]], and disputes fall to the courts of [[JURISDICTION]].
